The HR Enbek portal has introduced a new feature for posting reviews on job resources.

A new feature for posting reviews has been introduced on the HR Enbek labor resources portal. Both employees can leave feedback about their current and former workplaces, and employers can share their thoughts on current and former staff, according to Bizmedia.kz.
На портале HR Enbek теперь доступна новая функция для публикации отзывов.

Reviews include a five-star rating (ranging from very poor to excellent) along with a textual description. The functionality allows for the assessment of either positive or negative experiences between employees and employers, although it remains optional.

When leaving a review, it is necessary to sign it using an electronic digital signature to ensure its authenticity. Users can view their feedback in the corresponding section under the tabs "My Reviews" (reviews left by the user) and "Reviews About Me" (reviews received by the user). All data regarding created and received reviews can be exported in document format.

Both employees and employers can leave one comment on each review, which allows for additional clarification or enhancement of the information regarding the collaboration.

Currently, when employers are selecting candidates for employment, they can request feedback from previous workplaces in the "Employees" section. A consent request is sent to the candidate via SMS from the number 1414 or through their personal account on the portal, as well as through the HR Enbek mobile application. Employers can access this information only after obtaining consent.

The ability to view reviews about employers on the Enbek.kz Electronic Labor Exchange portal will be available to all job seekers in 2025.

This functionality aims to enhance transparency in the relationships between employers and employees, facilitating the job search and hiring processes.
