“All of this will be taken into account. Additionally, education and work performance will be evaluated. Factors such as professional development and any disciplinary actions will also be considered. This will create a dynamic ranking system that will be continuously updated. For instance, if someone receives a disciplinary action, their points will be immediately deducted. If they complete professional development courses, they will earn extra points,” said Igor Lepekha.
According to him, this system will be publicly accessible, allowing everyone to review it.
“In our HR department, a pilot project is being implemented. I have already seen my ranking and how I am evaluated. Everyone will know their own ranking and what steps to take to enhance their competitiveness. This will be completely transparent, leaving no room for speculation. For example, if two of us are vying for the same position, I will understand why my colleague was chosen over me—because they have significantly better metrics. There will be no room for conjecture, which reduces corruption risks. I believe this is a progressive approach,” he pointed out.
