In accordance with the resolution, the Mahmoudkhuja Behbudi Award has been established for playwrights, and the Bahodir Yuldashev Award for young directors. These awards will be presented every two years, with laureates receiving a monetary reward equivalent to 50 times the minimum wage.

Starting in 2025, the "Nighoh" project will be launched, taking place annually in August. Its aim is to strengthen creative collaboration among directors, playwrights, composers, and artists. Additionally, a national competition for composers will be held every two years to promote and develop the National Academic Musical Art.

An Academy of Theater Directors will be established under the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Uzbekistan. Competitions for the "Best Plays" on historical and contemporary themes will also commence in 2025. Furthermore, there are plans to create a national ranking of theater companies in the country.

Special attention is being given to engaging the public, particularly the youth, in theater attendance. The "Theater is a Temple" program will include organizing "Theater Day" events in mahallas in collaboration with members of the "mahalla seven." Citizens from the "Iron," "Women’s," and "Youth" notebooks, as well as individuals with disabilities, will have free access to performances at state theaters.

The Mukimi State Musical Theater of Uzbekistan has been granted "Academic" status. By the end of 2026, the State Youth Theater of Uzbekistan will be transformed into a modern exemplary theater.

Moreover, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, as part of a legal experiment, the State Youth Theater of Uzbekistan and the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Uzbekistan will be empowered to independently address financial, creative, and organizational matters.
