Elena Obukhova, Vice President of Air Astana, noted that this achievement was made possible through the long-term efforts of the team.

This event was not the end for Air Astana. During the exhibition, Elena delivered a presentation where she discussed how the company builds an emotional connection with its passengers. She emphasized that the airline's goal is not just to transport people, but to provide them with unforgettable experiences and to introduce them to the culture of Kazakhstan.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the only award in Air Astana's collection this year. Previously, the airline was awarded five stars by APEX in the “Major Airlines” category. This rating is based on actual passenger feedback through the TripIt app from Concur. The ceremony took place in California during the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO.
The awards in Singapore were held as part of the FTE APEX Asia EXPO – the largest aviation event in the region. Here, the best airlines that implement innovations and successfully adapt to the needs of their passengers were honored.
