On January 30 and 31, snow will blanket the eastern part of the country, while the north will experience a true winter on the last day of the month—heavy snowfall, blizzards, gusty winds, and fog.
In the south and southeast, rain mixed with wet snow and icy conditions are expected, making the roads particularly slippery. Meanwhile, the western part of the country will be spared from this inclement weather, remaining relatively calm and partly cloudy.
Nighttime frosts in the north, east, and center of the country will reach temperatures of −20 to −28 degrees, but by February 1, the temperature will start to rise and will approach zero during the day.
