The press service of the Supreme Court reported that Kabul Dusov was found guilty of committing a crime under paragraph "a" of part 3 of article 140 (insult) of the Criminal Code in relation to the victim F. Bakiev.

On November 22, the Chilanzar District Court issued a verdict, sentencing Dusov to a restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year.
The court also imposed several restrictions on Dusov: a ban on leaving his residence from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM; a ban on using the internet; and a ban on participating in mass and other events.
