President Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved amendments to the Code of Administrative Responsibility aimed at simplifying the reporting procedure for entrepreneurs.

The changes have been made to Article 241-10 of the Code, which pertains to the unlawful demand for documents from entrepreneurs.

Now, for requesting statistical, financial, tax, or other reports not included in the Unified List of Reports and Data, or for violating the deadlines for submitting these documents, officials face fines ranging from 20 to 40 BRV (7.5 million to 15 million sums).
