President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on February 25 to discuss plans for economic development, increasing job opportunities, and attracting investments in the Syrdarya region for the year 2025.

The head of state instructed to allocate the necessary funds and complete the works for uninterrupted drinking water supply to Gulistan by July 1 of this year.

The president approved proposals to expand the territories of Gulistan and Shirint to accelerate urbanization processes.
