The Uzbek forward received the highest number of votes among 5 candidates during the voting on the club's official website and was awarded the title of Player of the Month. He outperformed Dybala, Angelino, Celik, and Sule.

In the 26th round of Serie A, Eldor scored a goal and provided an assist in the match against Monza, which earned him a spot in the Team of the Round. The Uzbek forward has started in the lineup for two consecutive matches.

This marks the first time in his 4-year career at AS Roma that Eldor has been named Player of the Month.
