The Cultural and Arts Development Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has expressed concern regarding the publication of the guidebook "Architekturführer. Taschkent" (ISBN 978-3-86922-550-0), published by DOM Publishers. This guidebook, compiled following the conference "WHERE IN THE WORLD IS TASHKENT?", includes materials whose legal status raises questions.

- Use of texts from project participants without consent and/or with incorrect attribution;
- Reproduction of museum exhibits without permissions;
- Utilization of archival documents without agreement from state authorities;
- Publication of photographs created as part of the "Tashkent. Modernism XX/XXI" project without the consent of the authors and the Foundation.
The Foundation has sent an official request to DOM Publishers seeking clarification on the situation and emphasizes the importance of adhering to copyright and ethical standards. The Foundation expressed hope for constructive collaboration and finding a mutually acceptable solution to avoid similar situations in the future.
