The appeals court reviewed the decision to impose a 15-day detention on a citizen who recorded an angry video message at a gas station.

The decision of the Bektemir District Court dated December 26, 2024, to impose a 15-day administrative arrest on Gayrat Dustov for petty hooliganism was today amended by the appellate court.

In accordance with Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, he was sentenced to 8 days in custody, which was declared served, and Gayrat Dustov was released from the courtroom.

Previously, a video showing G. Dustov expressing his dissatisfaction with the closure of the gas station after six hours of waiting in line went viral on social media.

The incident occurred on December 23, 2024, at a gas station owned by LLC "Morotrans," located at 2 Oltyntopgan Street, Tashkent. Following this, Dustov was arrested for 15 days.
