In court, it was reported that in the Mangistau region, an 11-year-old girl assaulted a 13-year-old and recorded the incident on video.
As a result, the mother of the younger girl was held administratively responsible for failing to fulfill her duties in raising the child.
“The court established that citizen A. did not fulfill her duties in raising her 11-year-old daughter, who inflicted injuries on the 13-year-old girl and recorded it on video, committing an intentional act with signs of a criminal offense. During the court session, citizen A. fully admitted her guilt, expressed remorse, and requested a minimal punishment,” the court's statement said.
In making its decision, the court considered the full admission of guilt and remorse of the accused as mitigating circumstances. No aggravating factors were identified.
The mother was found guilty under part 3 of Article 127 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was fined 74,000 tenge. The court's decision has not yet taken legal effect.
