Казахстанская шахматистка предложила изменения в правилах чемпионата мира по блицу.

She stated that playing on the last day of the year was not particularly enjoyable, especially considering the tense atmosphere of the tournament.

She emphasized that, taking into account the five-hour session, she understands why the situation unfolded as it did.

On her social media, she suggested that the rules should include Armageddon to prevent a similar outcome.

Let us remind you that from December 31 of last year to January 1 of this year, the World Blitz Championship took place in New York.

In the tournament, Carlsen and Nepomniachtchi could not determine a winner and shared the gold.

Asaubayeva, on the other hand, was unable to reach the prize positions, losing to the Chinese player Lei Tingjie in the semifinals.
