Kazakhstan rescuers have brought back citizens injured in a car accident in Russia.

On January 5th, during the night, the Command Center of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Kazakhstan received information from the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry regarding a traffic accident that occurred at the 101st kilometer of the "Samara-Bolshaya Chernigovka" road, as reported by Bizmedia.kz.

Seven citizens of our country sustained injuries during this accident.

A joint team consisting of rescuers and psychologists from the West Kazakhstan Emergency Situations Department and local healthcare emergency specialists was dispatched to transport the victims back home to Kazakhstan.

Upon the rescuers' arrival at the accident site, it was determined that the injured individuals had been taken to medical facilities in the village of Bolshaya Glushitsa, Novokuybyshevsk, and Samara. Psychologists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan also provided necessary emergency assistance there.

All injured parties were under the continuous supervision of Kazakh specialists during transit.

This morning, the convoy with the victims arrived in Kazakhstan and was directed to the multidisciplinary hospitals in Uralsk.

Seven citizens and two children were sent back to Kazakhstan.

Two individuals lost their lives in this accident, and their bodies were also transported to Kazakhstan.

The operation involved 23 personnel and 8 units of equipment from the Emergency Situations Department and the regional health administration. Officers from the regional police department were also engaged to escort the convoy.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan expresses its condolences to the families of the deceased and reminds everyone of the importance of adhering to safety and being vigilant on the road.
