Previously, the service only allowed for the correction of incorrect data, but now it also provides the option to digitize documents. Documents eligible for digitization include certificates and diplomas issued from 1980 to 2023, with a processing time of just five working days. The result will be available in the user's personal account on eGov.kz.
To take advantage of this service, follow these steps:
- Log in to the eGov.kz portal.
- In the "Citizens" section, select the "Education" category.
- Find the service "Updating (correcting) information about educational documents" and click "Order service online".
- Specify the type of application — "Digitization of educational document information", select the type of document, and attach a scanned copy.
It is important to remember that the service may be denied if the provided information is found to be inaccurate.
This functionality is the result of collaborative efforts between the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Education, the National Information Technologies, and other agencies.
