The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has identified 260,000 taxpayers who have been issuing only one receipt per day through the cash register (CR) or showing the same revenue amount, which constitutes a violation of the law.

The SRC's statement includes an example from the Munaily District of the Mangystau Region, where a grocery store issued one receipt daily through the CR for a sum of 7,000 tenge over the course of a year.

The agency emphasizes the importance of adhering to the law and the timely use of CRs to record transactions, in order to avoid tax violations.

The message strongly states: “The SRC informs citizens and entrepreneurs about the necessity of mandatory use of cash register machines (CRM) with the function of recording and transmitting data during monetary transactions. Modern fiscal data allows operators to automatically send information about issued receipts to the committee, significantly enhancing the transparency of financial operations and facilitating effective oversight.”
