On November 25, an auction took place for the right to organize paid parking along the streets of Tashkent, reports the E-auksion platform. The winner was the company Balcomuz, which offered 120.15 billion sums—more than double the starting price of 57.2 billion sums.
The auction, which lasted just over two hours, concluded at 12:10 PM. Balcomuz was registered in the Yashnabad district of Tashkent in 2020 and is involved in various sectors, including the restaurant business and grocery delivery.
Balcomuz owns several well-known establishments, including Central Park, the water complex "Mоре," and the bathing complex TheBani in Tashkent, as well as the IT company Balcomsoft IT. Among the founders of the company are the Japanese firm Balcom (60%), along with Avazbek Nuriddinov (20%), Bobur Akramov (10%), and Anvar Khoshimov (10%).
