Bravo Microfinance, with assets totaling 720 million tenge, has had its license revoked.

By the order of the head of the Regional Representatives Office of the AIFC on January 5, 2025, Bravo Microfinance LLP has been stripped of its microfinance activity license, as reported by Bizmedia.kz.

Due to systematic violations of the requirements set forth by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory acts of the National Bank, a decision has been made to revoke the microfinance organization's license for conducting microfinance activities, in accordance with Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Microfinance Activities."

According to Paragraph 9 of Article 16 of the aforementioned law, the microfinance organization is required to either re-register or liquidate within 30 days from the date of license revocation.

Clients of the microfinance organization are instructed to fulfill their obligations to the organization and settle any outstanding debts.
