A young Uzbek woman tragically lost her life after being struck by a bus in Vietnam.

On Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam, a 22-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan tragically lost her life in a traffic accident. This was reported by Qalampir.

The incident took place on January 29. The young woman was riding a motorbike without a driver's license, lost control, and fell off. She ended up under the wheels of a bus that was traveling in the opposite lane. The victim died at the scene from her injuries.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Indonesia has reached out to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, requesting assistance in processing the documents needed to repatriate the body of the deceased.
