Non-state preschool organizations in Uzbekistan are exempt from tax payments.

According to the president's decision, by January 1, 2030, non-state preschool and secondary educational organizations:

Will be exempt from all types of taxes (except for the social tax) and fees;

Foreign teachers and specialists working in these organizations will not pay personal income tax and social tax.

Starting from January 1, 2025:

Entry teacher visas of category "A-2" will be issued to foreign educators who are permanently employed in non-state educational organizations;

The fee for issuing a certificate that grants the right to work for specialists attracted from abroad by state and non-state educational organizations will be reduced from 30 times to 1 time the BRW.
