The new vehicles are equipped with cutting-edge medical equipment from leading global manufacturers: resuscitation devices, defibrillators, electrocardiographs, ventilators, and other essential gear. This enables the provision of high-level emergency medical assistance.

Funding from the Akimat and the Public Health Department of Almaty has facilitated the modernization of the vehicle fleet. In 2025, an additional 50 ambulances are planned for acquisition.

Every day, 186 teams respond to calls, handling over 3,000 requests. In the eleven months of 2024, more than 990,000 calls were addressed. For first and third category calls, the average response time was 12.6 minutes, which meets national standards. During this period, 142 successful resuscitation operations were conducted.

Currently, the Almaty Emergency Service operates 13 substations located throughout the city, ensuring prompt response times. In the summer of 2024, a new substation was opened in the Altai-1 microdistrict, making emergency assistance even more accessible.
