According to her, the bank aims to stimulate demand for move-in ready apartments, which should influence developers and encourage them to offer more such properties.
“An apartment with rough finishing is an invention of our developers. Such a format does not exist in the world. When a person buys a home, they should simply bring a suitcase, a mattress, and move in right away,” stated Ibragimova.
She noted that one residential complex in Almaty has already provided over 100 three-room apartments with finished interiors for the program, and other developers are also planning to follow suit. The “Union of Builders of Kazakhstan” has supported this initiative.
Ibragimova expressed hope that in five years, rough finishing will disappear as a housing format in Kazakhstan.
It was previously reported that Otbasy Bank intends to change the conditions for participation in the “Nauryz” program in 2025. In particular, along with reducing the down payment for finished apartments, it was proposed to increase the minimum deposit for participation in the program from 1 to 2 million tenge.
