It is worth noting that the Museum of Islamic Arts is one of the largest museum collections in the country, founded in 1998.

The museum is constructed in the traditional style of Islamic architecture, with a total area of over 30,000 square meters.

Uzbek craftsmen participated in the interior decoration of the building's dome and in restoration works.

The museum houses more than 10,000 exhibits of Islamic art. The permanent collection includes a unique assortment of Quran manuscripts, ceramic and precious items, weaponry samples, architectural models, jewelry, numismatic objects, and more.

A special place in the museum's collection is occupied by around 200 unique artifacts created during various historical periods in the territory of modern Uzbekistan. Among them are medieval manuscripts, jewelry, famous abrova fabrics, and clothing samples, as well as ceramics from the Eastern Renaissance period.

During the exhibition tour, the head of our state emphasized the importance of conducting joint research and organizing exhibition events to expand scientific and cultural exchanges.
