Instances have been identified where preferences were granted to specific suppliers during the review of complaints, unjustified agreements with a single source, neglect of violations uncovered during audits, and inaction regarding non-compliance with issued notifications.
A total of 59 violations of current legislation have been recorded, of which 52 cases exhibit signs of offenses that undermine the authority of the civil service.
Following the prosecutor's oversight, six officials have been held accountable, including the Deputy Head of the Department.
