Initially, it was planned for Utair to operate flights from Surgut to Samarkand and from Tyumen to Samarkand three times a week. However, the airline never included these routes in its flight schedule. It’s important to note that having a permit for a flight does not obligate the carrier to open the route.
Additionally, Utair has lost the right to operate flights on the routes Ufa — Tel Aviv, St. Petersburg — Shanghai, and Moscow — Marrakech.
