Росавиация аннулировала у Utair разрешение на выполнение рейсов в Узбекистан и ряд других стран.
The Federal Air Transport Agency has revoked Utair's permission to operate flights from Surgut and Tyumen to Samarkand. This information is posted on the agency's website.

Initially, it was planned for Utair to operate flights from Surgut to Samarkand and from Tyumen to Samarkand three times a week. However, the airline never included these routes in its flight schedule. It’s important to note that having a permit for a flight does not obligate the carrier to open the route.

Additionally, Utair has lost the right to operate flights on the routes Ufa — Tel Aviv, St. Petersburg — Shanghai, and Moscow — Marrakech.
