Today, flight KS915 of Air Astana, traveling from Almaty to Antalya, was forced to land in Aktau.
A few hours after takeoff, a malfunction occurred in the fuel system: a valve in the central tank was faulty.
As a result, the flight has been delayed and rescheduled for January 9 at 09:20, as a spare part needs to be brought from Almaty to fix the issue.
The passengers were not left without assistance; they were provided with food and accommodated in a hotel.
Similar arrangements were also made for passengers in Antalya.
