On an area of 110 hectares, 8 enterprises have already been put into operation with a total investment of 101 million dollars. This has resulted in the creation of 520 jobs. The President reviewed the operations of several enterprises in the technopark.
One of these enterprises is LLC "Almerro Group," which produces confectionery products under the brand "Krember." A total of 22 million dollars was invested in this project, which occupies 3 hectares. Modern equipment from Italy, Spain, and Turkey is utilized. The enterprise plans to produce 80 types of products annually, amounting to 320 billion sums, with 15-20% intended for export to China and CIS countries.
The company "Vera Modern Electrical" has implemented a project valued at 21 million dollars, producing 600 types of cable and wire products. The company's export potential is 4 million dollars, with 35-40% of the products aimed at the domestic market, and the localization level reaching 70%.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of supporting businesses:
– The conditions created for entrepreneurs in recent years are yielding tangible results. Uzbek entrepreneurs are producing quality and competitive products. We will continue to expand such opportunities annually. The entrepreneur is the foundation of the economy and the support of the state, – he noted.
The head of state also became acquainted with the project for constructing ready-made buildings for small businesses. The company Mimar Group has built a two-story complex that is offered to enterprises and artisans on an installment basis. The buildings are equipped with production and exhibition areas. Currently, 4 enterprises are operating in such premises with a total investment of 3 million dollars, producing doors and windows, textile products, construction profiles, and solar panels.
Plans for further development of the technopark were presented, including the implementation of 46 projects with a total value of 386 million dollars. These projects cover areas such as construction materials, electrical engineering, textiles, food industry, logistics, and services. Dual education will be introduced to prepare qualified personnel.
By 2025, the launch of 37 projects worth 235 million dollars is planned, and by 2026, one project worth 50 million dollars. This will create 10,000 jobs and ensure product exports worth 35 million dollars.
In the last 10 months, over 3,000 people have been employed in the Yangihayot district, and 6,000 citizens have registered as self-employed.
