According to him, this rule was introduced 20 years ago, but it has long become outdated and causes dissatisfaction among citizens. Now, drivers can be fined if someone films their car while it is warming up in cold weather.
The deputy believes that such a ban is unreasonable, as without warming up, a vehicle wears out more quickly, leading to additional repair costs.
Sarsengaliev suggested revisiting this law and pointed out that if the authorities truly care about the environment, they should first address large factories that release tons of harmful substances into the air.
