The Chairman of the Board of KMG, Askat Khasenov, announced at a press conference that oil production figures for the past 10 months have exceeded planned values.
“With a planned volume of 19.5 million tons, we have already reached 19.9 million tons, which is 400 thousand tons above the plan,” he noted.
Askat Khasenov also stated that the company aims to at least maintain the current level of production by 2025.
“Much depends on oil prices, but our main task is to prevent a decline in production,” explained the head of KMG.
As of the end of the first nine months of 2024, oil and gas condensate production increased by 3.1% compared to the same period last year, exceeding 18 million tons. The volume of oil transportation grew by 6.4%, amounting to 63.2 million tons.
