"Bolashak" scholarship recipients in Los Angeles have been urged to adhere to safety measures.

Kazakh students studying under the "Bolashak" program in California have been urged to take precautions due to the wildfires currently affecting Los Angeles, according to Bizmedia.kz.

The International Programs Center "Bolashak" is closely monitoring the situation.

Currently, there are 73 scholarship recipients studying in California, including 56 under the "Bolashak" program and 17 under the "Research Internship" program. All scholarship recipients are safe and are in contact with their curators.

“Scholarship recipients are strictly following the instructions of local authorities and are keeping us informed about the situation in a timely manner. We are in constant contact with the universities and are ready to respond quickly to any changes,” stated the press service of the "Bolashak" program.
