The Tagansky Court of Moscow has imposed a fine of 7 million rubles on the messaging service Telegram for failing to remove prohibited content, reports the Telegram channel "Courts of General Jurisdiction of Moscow".
The company was found guilty of not deleting information that contained calls for extremist activities or materials featuring pornographic images of minors (part 2 of article 13.41 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation).
Previously, on November 6, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined Apple 3.6 million rubles.
