Among the session participants was not only Tele2/Altel representative Stanislav Streltsev, but also other speakers: representatives from Bitrix24, Yevgeny Bakirov, Yandex Search, Ulan Kairbekov, CITIX, Raul Lindt, Noventiq, Andrey Andreev, VK Cloud, Nikolai Baryshnikov, and Hikvision, Nikolai Gurov. The moderator was the former Managing Director for Digital Transformation at NC KMG, Nurlan Utenov.
They raised the issue of AI's impact on modern business operations. In response, the company representatives shared how they utilize AI for information retrieval and enhancing employee efficiency.
“Today, we develop software differently than we did five years ago. We no longer just 'add AI' to existing products. The new reality requires us to think about AI from the very beginning, as it becomes the heart of digital solutions. Programming as an art of instructions is gradually taking a back seat. The future lies in intention-based programming, where AI understands, adapts, and acts without rigid constraints,” commented Stanislav Streltsev, Data Management and Analytics Director at Tele2/Altel.
The company's booth showcased the Tele2 and Altel brands. Staff at the booth provided consultations for those interested in communication services, renting FWA 5G routers, purchasing starter packages, and even sampling chocolate.
For two days, the Altel Business team operated at the booth, a division of the operator specializing in B2B services, presenting a comprehensive range of business solutions. They provide effective tools for digital transformation, enabling companies of various sizes to improve processes, enhance productivity, and strengthen customer relationships. Altel Business operates at the intersection of communications, IT services, and corporate solutions, helping businesses remain competitive, optimize daily operations, and create a safe and productive work environment.
Earlier, on January 31, at the forum, Tele2/Altel head Alexander Babichev spoke about the sale of the company to a Qatari holding that plans to invest in Kazakhstan's infrastructure and economy. Babichev emphasized the importance of collaboration among operators amid rising technology costs.
Particular attention was given to the development of fixed wireless access (FWA) based on 5G, which will provide internet access to half of households without fixed connections. The operator offers flexible terms for users, including subsidies for equipment. According to Babichev, customers using 5G routers demonstrate a higher level of satisfaction compared to those using LTE, confirming the technology's potential.
