In Malaysia, the Asian Championship in track cycling for youth and adults has concluded, with athletes from Uzbekistan winning a total of eight medals – three gold and five bronze.

The standout star of the tournament was Samira Ismoilova, who claimed two gold and two bronze medals. In the individual pursuit race, she set both a continental and world record among the youth, completing the 3000-meter distance in 3:46.800 minutes.

Gold:

  • Dmitry Bocharov – scratch (adults)
