The Ministry of Agriculture reported that following inspections, numerous violations of land legislation were identified, resulting in 1,342 orders to rectify these violations, affecting a total area of 2.2 million hectares.
Development has begun on 311.3 thousand hectares of previously unused agricultural land. However, not all owners and tenants are complying with the orders, leading to legal proceedings initiated on 200.4 thousand hectares of undeveloped land.
Over the year, the agency uncovered 875 illegal decisions regarding the allocation of agricultural land, covering 368.5 thousand hectares. Key violations include bypassing competitive procedures and improper distribution of common-use pastures. Out of the total number of such decisions, 84 have already been annulled.
