A new prosecutor has been appointed in the Aktobe region.

In coordination with the President of Kazakhstan, the Attorney General of Kazakhstan has appointed Senior Justice Advisor Marat Abishev as the prosecutor of the Aktobe region, as reported by Bizmedia.kz.

The General Prosecutor's Office reported that Marat Abishev was born on September 5, 1979, in Karaganda. Before his appointment as the prosecutor of the Aktobe region, he served as the head of the Service for the Protection of Public Interests at the General Prosecutor's Office and possesses significant work experience.

Marat Abishev began his career in the prosecutor's office in 2000 as an assistant prosecutor for the city of Zhezkazgan. Later, after being transferred to the General Prosecutor's Office, he held the position of senior prosecutor in the Department for Supervision of Legality in Civil and Administrative Cases.

Currently, Marat Abishev has a total work experience of 22 years. Over time, he has held the position of judge at the Zyryanovsk District Court of the East Kazakhstan region, deputy prosecutor of Kostanay region, and deputy head of the General Prosecutor's Office. With extensive experience, Marat Abishev oversaw important investment projects, returned unused lands to the state, defended the labor rights of citizens, and supported socially vulnerable groups.

For his services to the country, Marat Abishev has been awarded the Order of "Aibyn" II class and the medal for "Courage in Battle."
