A woman has been apprehended in the Jizzakh region for abducting a newborn baby directly from the maternity hospital. Law enforcement officials located the infant on the same day. This was reported by the local Interior Ministry.
On January 28, a local resident gave birth to twins. A few days later, an unfamiliar woman wearing a medical mask but not a gown entered her room. She claimed that one of the infants was experiencing health issues. After taking the baby, the woman fled in an unknown direction.
