The area of the fire that broke out on January 8 at an industrial facility in Engels, Saratov region, following a drone attack has been reduced by 80%.
“The fire area at the industrial facility in Engels has decreased by 80%. The amount of smoke has also significantly diminished. The fuel burning process is ongoing, and specialists are taking all necessary measures. Experts from Rospotrebnadzor are continuously monitoring the air quality,” — wrote Busargin in his Telegram channel.
On-site, the regional head discussed the current situation with representatives of the emergency services on Saturday.
