In Kazakhstan, three judges have been held accountable for disciplinary violations.

The Judicial Panel of the Supreme Judicial Council has reviewed disciplinary cases concerning seven judges, as reported by Bizmedia.kz.
В Казахстане три судьи были подвергнуты дисциплинарным мерам.

A meeting of the Judicial Board at the Supreme Judicial Council took place, during which disciplinary cases against seven judges were reviewed. Disciplinary proceedings against four judges were terminated. In one case, it was due to the absence of a disciplinary offense, in another due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, and in two others, it was because the judges resigned voluntarily.

During the meeting, three judges were held accountable for serious violations of the law. Of these, one judge received a reprimand, while the other two were suspended from their positions.

Additionally, the request for an early lifting of a previously imposed disciplinary sanction on one of the judges was denied. Judges have the right to appeal the disciplinary actions imposed on them to the Supreme Judicial Council, so the decisions have not yet come into legal effect.
