With the new regulations in place, food delivery services will operate under a unified standard, which will enhance consumer trust and improve the safety of food deliveries.
As noted by Zhanna Yesenbekova, Chair of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology, the implementation of these new rules will help create more transparent and understandable conditions for all participants in the food delivery market and will increase the level of food safety in Kazakhstan.
Couriers, adhering to the standard, must possess medical records with the necessary endorsements, undergo training in hygiene requirements, and comply with behavioral standards.
Additionally, during the delivery of products, consumers will have the opportunity to check whether the packaging has been damaged.
