The Tax Committee explained why cashback in Soliq doesn't always arrive.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, users in the "Consumer.uz" group are expressing concerns about the discrepancy between the amounts of "accrued" and "approved" cashback in the Soliq application. The Tax Committee has clarified the main reasons why cashback may not be credited, as reported by a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.

Among the main reasons why cashback is not credited are the following:

the receipt was issued more than 10 days ago;
the purchase falls into a category that is not eligible for cashback (cars, airline tickets, train tickets, utilities, telecommunications);
the receipt was issued by a self-employed individual.

Due to the fact that mainly self-employed taxi drivers operate through online aggregators, cashback is not credited for their rides.

Another reason could be if the buyer is listed in the registry of suspicious customers. This registry includes individuals who register other people's fiscal receipts or attempt to obtain cashback unlawfully.

If payments for purchases are made through marketplaces or electronic payment organizations, cashback is credited automatically. However, this is only the case if the user's phone number matches the phone number in the Soliq mobile application.
