On January 27, an incident occurred in the Tashkent region, resulting in a baby suffering burns to their hands and legs. As reported by the press service of the Children's Ombudsman, the incident stemmed from a quarrel between a 59-year-old mother-in-law and her 25-year-old daughter-in-law.

During the conflict, which took place in the Tashkent district, the mother-in-law threw a thermos of boiling water toward her daughter-in-law and the baby. The hot water splashed onto the infant, causing burns.

The child was promptly taken to the hospital, where they received the necessary medical care. Following this incident, law enforcement agencies initiated a preliminary investigation.

The mother of the injured child was issued a protection order for a duration of one month, and the family members were informed of the existing restrictions.
