A video has circulated on social media featuring the blogger J.Sh., known as Jasjan, who performs a life-threatening stunt in the Tashkent region. The situation has been investigated by specialists from the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change in collaboration with the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs.

“As a result, it was established that J.Sh. committed a deliberate group violation related to environmental pollution and the disposal of waste in prohibited areas. A protocol has been drawn up against J.Sh. in accordance with Article 91¹ of the Code of Administrative Responsibility [Disposal of solid household and construction waste, as well as the discharge of liquid household waste in unapproved locations]. The violator has been fined 5 BRW — 1 million 875 thousand sums,” the statement says.

According to the Ministry of Ecology, J.Sh. had previously committed a similar violation.

“Currently, law enforcement agencies are assessing the situation, after which measures will be taken. Additionally, the identities of other participants in the violation are being determined, and they will also be held accountable.”

The Ministry of Ecology reminded that 2025 has been declared the “Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy,” and protecting nature is one of the priority directions. Any violation in this area entails responsibility in accordance with the legislation, the agency concluded.
