The complaint was filed not by a social network, but by the Russian company "Svoboda," which noticed a similarity between the product name and its own brand "Tik-Tak."
According to the Ministry of Justice, cosmetics under the brand "Alesa" were also found on the market, which phonetically resembled the trademark "Alisa." This brand also belongs to the aforementioned company.
Following the investigation, measures were taken against the violator, and counterfeit products were removed from sale.
