The document imposes a ban on the circulation of such products, including their production, manufacture, storage, transportation, import into the territory of the republic, and export from the country.
The draft law also stipulates liability for offenses related to the illegal circulation of non-smoking tobacco products and devices for nicotine consumption, including electronic cigarettes.
Experts note that electronic cigarettes pose a health risk, as they contain not only nicotine but also 80 different carcinogenic and toxic substances, including heavy metals. This harms not just human health but also the environment.
It is worth remembering that the draft law was initiated by the Ministry of Health back in April of last year.
