However, it is important to note that this service is not available to everyone. Only certain categories of citizens can submit an application.
Individuals with disabilities of the 1st and 2nd groups, veterans of World War II and those equated to them, as well as people facing mobility challenges, can request a visit from a CСN employee.
Applications can be submitted in two ways: through the internet portal gov4c.kz or by calling the short number 1414.
If you are using the website, you will need to access the site, navigate to the "Services for Citizens" section, then select the part titled "State Services for Persons with Special Needs," fill in all the required information, and submit your request.
When calling the contact center, simply dial 1414 and inform them of your need for the service.
After the application is submitted, a representative from the CСN will contact the applicant within 7 working days to verify that all necessary documents are available. Following this, a convenient date and time for the visit will be arranged.
