The deputy refrained from directly discussing the fairness of the arrest but pointed out that due to the incident, Dustov's family was left without a father and a festive atmosphere during the holidays.
"I did not understand the 'methane' guy. Take care of yourself, your energy, and use it wisely, especially not during the peak of the celebrations. It was clear that he would welcome the New Year not with his family but in a detention center. The authorities, whose duty is to maintain order, must fulfill their responsibilities," noted Kadyrov.
He also reminded that the state, the law, the government, and other institutions exist to serve the people.
"To serve the people, they impose restrictions and are authorized to enforce them," stated the parliamentarian.
Let us remind you that today the court examined the case of Gairat Dustov, who was sentenced to 15 days of detention for vehemently criticizing the fuel and energy sector of the country. The decision of the first instance was partially overturned. The man was released from the courtroom.
