The Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, Oygul Khalilova, a native of Kashkadarya, has passed away.

Oygul Khalilova was awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Uzbekistan" in 2001. In 2011, she received a commemorative badge in honor of the 20th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence. In 2016, the artist was granted the "Dustlik" order and a commemorative badge in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence.
