“This case, if viewed correctly, yes, we are not saying that our CEO acted appropriately when he used foul language. However, there were several events that preceded it. The first was that people entered the UBR building, forcibly agitating and even attempting to take employees outside to join an unauthorized rally. In other words, they were already offending people,” said Askat Khasenov.

According to him, this was an emotional reaction to the events happening around.

“It was an emotional outburst. He addressed the situation; if you watch the video, he speaks not as a CEO but as a citizen, as a resident of the city. The fact that there were women being offended led to this emotional conflict,” the speaker added.

Nevertheless, he promised to take action.

“We have indeed taken measures. Not only a conversation; this is our internal corporate culture, that the employee code must be adhered to, especially by the top leader. We will ensure that such moments do not occur again. We are not making excuses, but this segment consisted of several parts. Everywhere, his employees were offended, and he was more like a protector, standing up for the people,” concluded the head of KMG.
