An electronic system will be implemented at customs to replace paper documents.

By the decree of the government (No. 787 dated November 26, 2024), amendments have been made to decree No. 727 dated December 2, 2021.

According to the decree, an information system will be implemented for obtaining, terminating, annulling, or extending the validity of permits for the transportation of goods by vehicles under customs seals and stamps, which will eliminate the need for paper documents.

A mechanism for processing applications for obtaining permits through the Unified Interactive State Portal and the "License" information system will also be established.

The decree will come into effect three months after its official publication.
