In Andijan, masked individuals attacked a man transporting money.

Masked assailants arrived in vehicles without license plates and pelted a car parked on the roadside with stones. The Andijan regional prosecutor's office reported that one of the suspects has been apprehended.

According to information, on November 20, an individual named Y.D., along with others, conspired to form a group and committed a robbery against an individual named L.A. They were aware that L.A. was transporting cash in his Cobalt vehicle.

The criminals removed the license plates from the Lacetti and Cobalt cars and followed the money transporter. When he stopped on the roadside of the Andijan – Asaka highway, passing through the neighborhood of “Yoyilma,” the pursuers attacked him.

However, the victim managed to escape the scene in his vehicle.

A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph "b" of part 2 of article 164 of the Criminal Code (Robbery committed by a group of individuals in collusion). In procedural terms, citizen Y.D. has been detained. The investigation is ongoing.
